If you don’t like your new socks, you can return them for a refund or exchange them for a new product. All returns and exchanges are 100% free. Just contact the Apolla Performance team by email to begin the return process.

They’ll get a little bit of information about your purchase, then send you a prepaid return label. You’ll use this to send back your socks and get a refund or exchange. When returning your socks, you’ll need to include your original packaging and/or the invoice that came with your pair of socks.

Once you send your socks back, you’ll get a refund to your original method of payment within seven to 15 business days. Only socks purchased directly from Apolla Performance qualify for this return policy. If you purchase their socks from any other retailer, that retailer’s return policy applies.
