4 6-8 oz. boneless pork chops
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
Pre-heat oven to 400. Wisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and sriacha. Pour over pork chops and let marinade for 10 minutes. Place olive oil and skillet and place marinated pork chops in olive oil Brown for 4 minutes each side. Add marinade and finish in oven.
