Even if you're not very old, some of you are probably worrying about your boobs looking old. In fact, I KNOW some of you are.

Last week, commenter Blueyedbeauty asked us for advice:

*I am 25 and starting to get chest wrinkles from sleeping on my side. I've looked into ChestSavers, Decollete Pads and the Intimia Breast Pillow and I want to know what works best.*It's true--much the same way that repeating the same facial expression over and over can create lines over time, sleeping on your side night after night can encourage creases between the boobs to start forming. Sun damage plays a huge role, too. Ah, as if we didn't have enough to worry about, right?

Well, Blueyedbeauty, the bad news is that I have been unable to find any reliable information on whether those overnight breast-protectors are proven to actually reduce wrinkling over time. I'm hoping some of our ever-informative readers will chime in and share some thoughts on the topic; when we discussed breast pillows in the past (we really have talked about everything on this blog, have we not?), some of you said you've gotten great results from them. Meanwhile, the good news is that most of the same anti-aging ingredients that are effective at fighting face wrinkles can help firm up the cleavage area too; just be careful at first, as your chest skin might react more sensitively. One of my trusty beauty advisors, cosmetic dermatologist Ranella Hirsch, recommends applying a nightly treatment with retinol and/or antioxidants to help keep your breasts from looking old before their time.

And of course, slather sunscreen on your neck and chest when you put it on your face; most tops leave this area pretty exposed, yet we often tend to pay less attention to the zone beneath our chin.
