Brookgreen Gardens’ spectacular Nights of a Thousand Candles, which has grown into one of the most popular holiday events in the Southeast, will be held on select nights in December.

The gardens of this popular Myrtle Beach attraction come to life amid the soft glow of more than 4,500 hand-lit candles and countless sparkling lights from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Walk the paths with a warm cup of cider, listening to the sounds of holiday music.
Each night, an 80-foot fir tree, decorated with 70,000 lights, will be lighted in ceremonial fashion at 6:15 p.m.
Tickets must be purchased in advance, and the number of tickets sold for each night is limited. You will need to select a specific date when purchasing tickets. Based on availability, tickets can be changed for another date at no charge by calling 1-888-718-4253.
Event dates are Dec. 6-9, 13-16 and 20-22.
Tickets cost $25 for adults and $15 for children ages 4-12. Children ages 3 and under are admitted free.
