Reebok has ended its business relationship with Rick Ross.
The company says, "Reebok holds our partners to a high standard and we expect them to live up to the values of our brand. Unfortunately, Rick Ross has failed to do so."
Ross came under criticism for rapping on the Rocko song "U.O.E.N.O." about giving ecstasy to a woman and having his way with her. Women's groups and rape victims protested.
Ross has apologized and said he doesn't condone rape. Reebok says it does not believe that Ross condones sexual assault but it's disappointed that he has not shown "an appropriate level of remorse."
Ross' representative did not return requests for comment.
