ABC brought out its heavy-hitters at last night's TCA party, and we got lots of scoop about upcoming seasons of Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, and more.

*Scandal*In the TGIT (Thank God It's Thursday) panel, Shonda Rhimes revealed that Scandal will pick up pretty much right where we left off in the season finale (Cyrus lost his job, Mellie moved out of the White House). For Jeff Perry (Cyrus), that means big changes, starting with his wardrobe. "We'll see him in non-work clothes...pajamas, sweaters, khakis. We see him at home."

Cyrus' new husband, Michael (Matthew Del Negro), will be back on a regular basis, and Perry is excited to explore their relationship. "I like us together. It's really fun. [Cyrus] can be so mean, but when [Michael] was heartbroken, it was cool to see [Cyrus' shift] and how they came together."

Still, don't expect Cryus to become Smelly Mellie. "[Cyrus] is so desperately resentful that he doesn't have a job, and I think it was really unfair of the President to fire [him just] because [he] was such a horrible and nasty liar. You have to lie in politics, so I think that was unfair!" Perry laughed.

During the panel portion, Shonda Rhimes was asked whether we'll see Olivia Pope as First Lady of the United States. Her response? "We don't comment on future story lines." Well, OK, then.
